Some gross male anatomy and outward phenotype is stage-governed, while exact morphology remains underdetermined. M-3 SM2 SM2 can impose richer compatibility constraints among inherited male phenotype routes, gross reproductive anatomy, skeletal/facial morphology, chest/body contour, skin/hair, and internal physiology. The anatomy/visibility matrix To prevent future confusion, HGL should classify physical phenotype along at least two independent axes: scale and visibility. Macroscopic does not automatically mean outwardly visible, and microscopic does not mean non-phenotypic. Macroscopic + outward: external body contour, visible skin/hair, externally visible morphology, externally visible portions of gross anatomy. Macroscopic + internal: internal gross reproductive anatomy, internal organ morphology, organ relationships, gross vascular or skeletal relations not externally visible. Microscopic + externally sampled/observable: histology or cellular traits observable with instruments after sampling; physical phenotype but not unaided outward appearance. Microscopic + internal: tissue/cellular/microanatomical states that may contribute to higher-level phenotype without being directly visible.
