𝑆𝑎𝑚𝑒𝐴𝑟𝑐ℎ𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑔𝑒⇒𝑆𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑃ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑦𝑝𝑒 is invalid. Stage is a recursive HGL classification, not a complete time-indexed body snapshot. 200. Aliza: low-stage phenotype examples Suppose Aliza enters SF1. The logic strictly gives the PH sources 𝑃𝐻𝑥∧¬𝑦 ( ) and 𝑃𝐻¬ ¬𝑥∧𝑦 ( ) ( ). Possible illustrative Stage-1 Archfemale physical phenotype outputs under the global Γ^F_1 meta-phenotype include: • a new female-directed microanatomical tissue arrangement generated only by the joint source; • a physiological regulatory rhythm that is irreducibly associated with the whole profile; 𝑥∧¬𝑦 • a structural feature that is unsurprising once the negated Supramale-source phenotype is understood, but was not predicted from ordinary womanhood alone; • a stage-specific cellular morphology that has no obvious external appearance; • a macroanatomical feature whose exact shape is not a stronger version of an ordinary female feature but a new female-compatible organization. These are possibilities, not deductions until entered into . Π 201. Aliza at SF2 At Stage 2, Aliza positively possesses PH(SF1) and separately satisfies the profile-exclusion proposition NOT PH(SM1). PHSF1 and NOT PH(SM1). Possible phenotype nature now includes: • possible SF1-associated phenotypes produced by the broader causal/metaexpression model; SF1 itself has only one constitutive PA component; • structured non-SM1 inherited information that can participate causally without being a positive PH(NOT SM1) profile source; • interactions between the positively possessed SF1 profile, the inherited structured non-SM1 state, and mechanisms responsive to the excluded SM1 whole-profile status; • anatomical systems with different compartments attributable to different PA/IH/PH sources; • physiological regulation whose behavior depends on several profile sources simultaneously. The safest lay description is: Stage 2 does not merely make Aliza “more feminine-looking.” It gives her a richer typed architecture: positive same-side profile possession, opposite whole-profile exclusion, structured non-opposite inheritance, and same-side quality constraints. These can support new anatomy or physiology through later causal laws without pretending that NOT-PH is itself a positive phenotype source.
