Proposition 30 — HGL remains biologically confined unless a cross-domain rule is added The PA, IH, and PH definitions in this treatise concern biological developmental causation, inherited Hypergendered structure, and HGL phenotype-profile possession. They do not by themselves entail conceptual, psychological, moral, social, or personality properties. Any cross-domain effect requires an explicit causal bridge. Part XV — Causal-developmental formalization after IH 51. Why the logical state is not yet a phenotype HGL determines a structured developmental state. It does not, by itself, specify every tissue, organ, hormone, visible trait, or physiological value. HGL permits a phenotype mechanism to be sensitive to that difference. For example, a causal law could distinguish IH¬SM1 from IH¬SM8.
