Stage 3
The distinctive novelty is inheritance of the complete Stage-2 whole plus inheritance of non-SM2.
Possible phenotype nature: stage-provenance itself begins to matter. A trait can depend on the source being
a higher composite state rather than a primitive developmental condition.
44. Intermediate Archwomanhood
At stages such as SF10 or SF20, the exact formula should normally be represented as an inheritance DAG
rather than fully expanded text. The body is female-typed, but the causal-developmental history that defines
the stage has many layers.
Plausible phenotype classes include:
•
stage-specific tissue compartments;
•
regulatory networks sensitive to inherited source identity;
•
new ways for existing female anatomy to coordinate;
•
stage-specific timing or feedback relationships;
•
new resilience, repair, or homeostatic patterns tied to the stage architecture;
•
changes that are only histological, cellular, biochemical, endocrine, neural, vascular, or metabolic;
•
changes that become grossly anatomical only after interacting with ordinary puberty or aging.
These are possibility classes. HGL does not logically select one without additional causal laws.
45. Very high Archwomanhood
At SF100, inheritance depth is 99. The safest statement is not that Aliza has any particular exaggerated
conventional female feature. The strongest structural statement is that her female-typed biology contains an
extraordinarily deep, source-preserving inheritance genealogy built from earlier Suprafemale wholes and
inherited non-Supramale wholes.
A high-stage phenotype may therefore be qualitatively unprecedented while still category-coherent. It can
reveal a dimension of female biology that ordinary womanhood and low Archwomanhood never instantiate,
because the required causal genealogy does not exist at those lower levels.
High stage does not imply:
•
larger breasts;
•
higher estrogen;
•
greater fertility;
•
a higher-pitched voice;
•
lower strength;
•
any personality trait;
•
greater sexual attractiveness;
•
a single visible “femininity score.”
Any of those concrete traits could occur only if a PH profile definition or separate phenotype law connects the
stage/source to that trait.
46. Why prediction can become harder with stage
A high stage supplies more potential causal inputs: inherited source states, inheritance depths, PA modes
preserved through inheritance, ordinary maturity, developmental history, and interactions among all of them.
If phenotype is modeled as

Π = Φ 𝐻, 𝐼, 𝑃, 𝐷, 𝐸
