23.0 Brain-lobe function-scope canon

Brain-lobe function scope is maximally broad and open-ended. F_A contains every sufficiently distinct function implementable by an Arthitean mind or neural system. Familiar cognition is a subset, not the definition of the whole set. Eligible functions include cognitive, metacognitive, defensive, resistant, adversarial, regulatory, self-preserving, self-modifying, power-controlling, perception-altering, identity-preserving, anti-manipulation, anti-hax, temporal, conceptual, maximumless-metaneural, and other mind/neural-system-performable operations.

Used(phi) and phi in F_A -> structurally available Higher-Lobe family {L_phi,h | h in positive integers}.

Hyperemergent Crossfunctionality inherits F_A without a cognition-only restriction. Its defining criterion is causal dependence on one or more higher-Hyperfunction-generated emergent dimensions, regardless of the ordinary-language category of the underlying function-kind.
