Structural existence is not the developmental bottleneck. Task demand, recruitment, activation, simultaneous function-instance coverage, crossfunctional coordination, factor magnitudes, and Antilobe-monitor readiness remain variable. Growth improves how much of the already-existing architecture can be effectively deployed under more demanding tasks and how efficiently/reliably the whole network operates.
