15.7 What actually moves if all Higher-Lobe orders already exist

Divine v144 Corpus · Section 268 of 317

For a fixed task, improvement can enlarge R toward D, enlarge X toward R, reduce G_H, reduce CoverageGap, improve the crossfunction graph, lower the MRD needed to recover from a given monitoring disturbance, increase the reliability/readiness r_k of lower anti-layers, and increase the relevant B_i factors. A later task can then demand a more difficult D/Omega/crossfunctional profile. This produces a genuine moving frontier without making structural Higher-Lobe existence scarce.

Fixed-task progress: G_H decreases; CoverageGap decreases; failed anti-layer set shrinks; factor performance improves

Challenge escalation: choose T_new with a demand profile not yet fully covered by the improved recruitment/coverage/network envelope
