15.2 Growth Frontier is a profile before it is a scalar

GF(T) = (G_H, CoverageGap, MRD_profile, CrossfunctionGap, FactorDemandVector)

GF(T) is a multidimensional Growth-Frontier profile. G_H and CoverageGap describe the positive function/deployment frontier; MRD_profile describes recursive monitoring failure/recovery; CrossfunctionGap describes integration failures; the FactorDemandVector records which of the 22 factors the task pressures. A single scalar developmental value V(T) may be derived later only after explicit weights/rules are canonized.
