Factor 2: Intraconnectivity

A higher-order lobe needs useful internal communication among neurons, circuits, and sublobes. An Antilobe similarly needs internal connectivity that accurately maps the monitored lower-layer absence. Higher intraconnectivity can make a state easier to express without being the state itself.
