12.2 PHK inclusion rule

All twenty-two Brain-lobe Factors are biological/physiological factors inside every PHK-number. Higher PHK-numbers improve all twenty-two factors and all twenty-two participate in the PHK recursive feedback loop.

Universal inclusion does NOT mean every factor must increase by the same amount, at the same time, in the same lobe, under the same task.
