11.27 Hyperemergent possibility-space versus task-time sparse realization
Higher Lobes, their emergent dimensions, sublobes, Antilobes, and intermediate crossfunctions create an enormous combinatorial possibility-space. Hyperemergent possibility therefore grows far faster than the number of primary lobes alone. Yet the brain does not need to instantiate every mathematically possible combination.
Potential subsets among N eligible nodes = 2^N - 1
If each node also exposes multiple emergent dimensions and crossfunction outputs can recursively become new inputs, the raw combinatorial space becomes vastly larger than 2^N-1. Exact cardinality depends on the number of dimensions per node, allowable interaction arities, reuse rules, and recursion depth, none of which is fully fixed by current canon.
The intended architecture is therefore selective rather than exhaustively combinatorial. Factors 10, 13, 14, 16, and 22 allow a maximumless structural possibility-space to produce a sparse task-specific active graph. Hyperemergent intelligence can increase not only by having more possible interactions but by becoming better at selecting the few interactions whose output is relevant, coherent, efficient, and useful.
