11.22 Metagenerative feedback into Brain-lobe Generation and new Higher-Lobe families
The existing canon states that a crossfunction may later justify generation of a dedicated lobe when distributed coordination is no longer the most useful architecture. Hyperemergent Crossfunctionality makes that rule potentially self-amplifying.

Once a genuinely new function-kind phi_new becomes a used Brain-lobe function, the Higher-Lobe correspondence rule supplies the structurally available family L_phi_new,1, L_phi_new,2, ... without terminal order. Those new Higher Lobes can generate their own emergent dimensionality and then participate in later Hyperemergent Crossfunctions. Thus network emergence can create new function-families, and those function-families can become new sources of future network emergence.
This loop is metagenerative because one emergence process expands the set of generators available to subsequent emergence. It does not imply that every transient Hyperemergent Crossfunction automatically becomes a dedicated lobe. The Brain-lobe Generation criterion remains separately applicable.
