11.21 Crossfunction-of-crossfunction and metacrossfunctional assembly
A network need not route every lobe directly into one giant crossfunction. It can first create local crossfunctions, then crossfunction those outputs. This produces hierarchical or heterarchical assembly. When one or more intermediate outputs are Hyperemergent, later integrations can inherit and transform hyperemergent information.

C_meta = Cross(C_A,C_B,X6)
If C_A contains a property causally dependent on Hyperfunction-generated emergence and C_meta depends on that property, then hyperemergence propagates upward through the network. The higher assembly can also generate new properties from interactions between two already-hyperemergent crossfunctions. This is not merely more lobes in one flat set; it is compositional crossfunction architecture.
