When d_X=1 and MRD=k>=2, there are at least two distinct developmental targets. First, X failed to activate when demanded, so the positive function/deployment architecture may receive Factor-18 demand pressure and Factor-19 correction if that nonactivation is classified as a defect. Second, A1 through A_(k-1) failed as monitors, so Factor 19 can target those lower anti-layers, while A_k itself is genuinely performing its monitoring function and can receive Factor-18 function-specific development from repeated use.

Thus high-order Antilobe functionality can be extremely developmentally powerful, but its strongest direct target is recursive self-monitoring/diagnostic architecture. Large improvement of the original phi additionally requires genuine positive function demand/mismatch, not merely a high anti-index.
