7.4 One anti-chain monitors one specified target

Do not make one Antilobe simultaneously mean lobe-silence, circuit absence, representation absence, and crossfunction absence.

Instead, define the monitored unit explicitly. A primary lobe can have an anti-chain. A sublobe can have its own anti-chain. A dedicated crossfunctional lobe or monitored crossfunctional system can have its own anti-chain. This preserves the literal firing semantics at each granularity.
