Nothing supplied so far specifies a universal threshold function fi(h) for each factor. Adding one would be new canon and may be unnecessarily rigid because different function-kinds can depend on different architectural combinations. The current system only requires that actual task-time expression use sufficient architecture for the demanded recruitment, throughput, speed, coordination, and other constraints.
