6.4 Why two H100 lobes can still differ greatly
Two lobes can share H100 as their typed functional-state order while differing in the factor architecture supporting task-time deployment. One may recruit faster, cover more simultaneous H100-relevant operations, crossfunction with more systems, use less exertion, reorganize more effectively, or handle a broader task-demand profile. This does not make one "more H100"; it gives one a larger/better deployment and coverage envelope.
