5.7 Function-instance coverage: how 100% state can coexist with further development

Divine v144 Corpus · Section 151 of 317

A task may demand many simultaneous or rapidly sequenced instances of function phi. Let Omega_phi,T be the set of demanded function-instances/operations and C_phi,T the subset actually covered within the task constraints. Every instantiated H_n function-instance can still have 100% primitive Function, Adeptness, Usefulness, and Reliability, while the architecture may fail to cover all of Omega because of processing-power, speed, routing, or crossfunctional limits.

CoverageGap(phi,T)=Omega_phi,T minus C_phi,T

This is where Brain-lobe Factors remain developmentally meaningful even when H1 primitive quality is saturated and the whole Higher-Lobe ladder exists. Development can expand coverage, simultaneous throughput, speed, recruitment precision, crossfunctional range, and efficiency without redefining the primitive 100% state.
