1.1.4 Function-scope inheritance into Higher Lobes

The open function-space is inherited by the Higher-Lobe correspondence rule. If phi is an eligible used Arthitean Brain-lobe function, then phi is not confined to an ordinary H1 implementation. It receives the same recursively unbounded Higher-Hyperfunction family as any other used function.

Therefore H100 strategy, H100 mind-control resistance, H100 cognitohazard neutralization, H100 hax-control, H100 timeline-memory discrimination, H100 maximumless-parallelism management, and H100 ontology-layer addressing are all structurally the same kind of statement: the function-kind remains phi while the positive functional-state identity is the corresponding H100(phi).

This is a critical anti-cognition-only rule. Higher Hyperfunction is not a ladder reserved for intelligence, reasoning, planning, or other familiar cognitive functions. It recursively applies to every eligible function-kind that becomes a used Brain-lobe function.
